Delivery Information

MicroSolderingSupplies ships / despatch orders on the same working day, from Monday to Friday, to ensure our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before 12:00 AM will be shipped the same working day, therefore the Cut-Off time is 12AM - weekdays.

If paid after the cut-off time, this will not be shipped until the next working day.

Please note, if you are choosing a next-day service after the cut-off time on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, the items will not arrive until Tuesday at the earliest.

MicroSolderingSupplies uses only Royal Mail delivery services only for now, and as a result of which, delivery times can vary subject to the service that is chosen at checkout.

Shipping Cost

Next day delivery is FREE with all orders over £200.
For orders under £200 there is a charge of approximately £5-6 (dependant on the size and weight of your order).

On rare occasions we may need to change your delivery.

If this happens, we will send your order via an equivalent service or upgraded service.

We will never downgrade your delivery to a slower service without your consent.

Returns

We want customers to be happy with their purchase; however, sometimes, it may be necessary to return an item.
It's important to note that our policy lasts 28 days.
If 28 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.
Your item must be unused and in the same Brand-New condition that you received it to be eligible for a return.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition, they were received, otherwise they may not be eligible for refund or be subject
to a restocking fee.
This is to ensure a smooth and fair return process for all our customers.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost via return shipping; therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
Please note that our warranty does not cover accidental damage; this includes damage caused during the fitting process.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.

If goods have a fault, then MicroSolderingSupplies.shop will be responsible for the return costs within the first 28-days.
We can supply a free returns label at request, or we're able to refund up to:
- £1.35 for standard Large Letter postage for smaller items,
- or up to £3.45 for Small Parcel / Large Items for Royal Mail,
- or up to £6.4 for Medium Parcel / Heavy Items Royal Mail Medium parcels.
This covers second class standard postage.

If you change your mind about an order or want to return an item as unwanted, https://microsolderingsupplies.shop/ is not liable for any postage costs.
It is the customer's responsibility to cover postage costs for unwanted goods.
Goods must be returned within 28 days and in unused condition.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the item is returned in reasonable condition. (excluding shipping
as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order, this also excludes the cost of £7.00 when ordering batteries with free shipping).

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

Once we receive your items, they will typically be processed the same day they arrive with us. During exceptionally busy times we may need up to 7 working days to
process your returns.
All warranties offered are warrantied and handled by MicroSolderingSupplies.shop on the behalf of the manufacturer or distributor.

Exempt items from being returned: Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery
• In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
All goods will be inspected upon return.
